Scope

• In partnership with client and main contractor engineers, MD completed the detailed system engineering and planning to final design
• Modelling layout, design of all structural and mechanical systems
• Installation of 5 compounding new mix tanks, 2 dispersal units, 1CIP skid, new clean room, new process piping
• Did materials take-offs and B.O.M.’s derived from final design and engineering and forward to operations teams
• Complete documentation including validation, manuals, service and maintenance guidelines post installation
